Hearts & Horses

Since I’m in a bit of a rush for an event I’m going to later, today’s blog post comes to you in picture form, yet again. So without further ado, here are a couple of snapshots from earlier today.

After an abrupt start to the day (I managed to oversleep, thank God for the best study group managing to call me and wake me up so I didn’t miss out on today’s dissection), we did a heart dissection.

After dissecting for a while, we went and had lunch. On the way over to the cafeteria, we stopped to pet the horses for a little while.

After lunch, we wrapped up the day in the microscopy room, looking at the different lymphatic tissues, like the thyroid, lymph nodes, etc.

And that’s pretty much it! I’ll be doing a longer blog post tomorrow on something study technique related, and if you haven’t read yesterday’s entry yet, click this link, and click here to see the entire 30-day blog challenge archive.
